Our clients include largest banks and financial corporations with tens of millions of mobile installations, enabling us to access tens of thousands of malware samples each year, as soon as they are released.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is going to deploy, manage and provide customer support for our security products. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our software products, including installation, integration, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and ensure that our products meet their requirements.
Job Description
- Integrating our mobile SDKs and server components to customer applications.
- Walking customer through integration process, providing a suitable integration model and documentation.
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of server applications on Kubernetes platforms such as OpenShift and Tanzu, or legacy Linux environments.
- Analyzing technical problems of customers,
- Communicating with the customer’s software development and fraud teams,
- Identifying and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team
- Monitoring system load of server applications when necessary,
- Providing support on builds and aim to to make the builds and releases as automated as possible,
- Running security and vulnerability scans,
Qualifications
- Graduated from computer engineering,
- Native Turkish speaker with fluent English reading skills,
- Good knowledge of Linux,
- Understanding of network concepts,
- Experience with code repositories such as Gitlab
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot is a plus
- Experience with MongoDB is a plus
- Relational database experience is a plus
- Experience with Android or iOS is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud native applications and experience with Kubernetes is a plus
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices is a plus
- Knowledge of cryptography is a plus
